Obama's Iran Audacity

The supporters of President Barack Obama label the actions of Barry as being bold, and historic. They applauded Obama when the Supreme Court of the United States sided with him on ObamaCare, voting rights, and gay marriage a few weeks ago. The cheerleading section of the President is getting louder and louder with each authoritarian move that Obama takes, appreciating his willingness to defy Congress, act without any checks and balances being taken into consideration, brokering a deal of appeasement with Iran while refusing to call it a treaty so as to bypass the need for Senatorial ratification, and acting any way he can to circumvent the United States Constitution. While they call his actions bold and historic, students of history recognize what he is doing as being the birthing pains to the rise of tyranny.
Of course, if the President of the United States was of a different ideological stripe, and had, let’s say, an “R” after his name in terms of political party designation, and was doing things that could be construed as being only a quarter as audacious when compared to what Obama is doing, the media would be making comparisons of the Republican President to Hitler, and would be calling for his assassination. We have historical precedent to confirm such. His name was George W. Bush.
While I refused to support any of Bush’s unconstitutional actions as President, I recognize that he did have qualities that Obama does not. Bush loved the military, thanking them for their service. He loves this country, and there are many images of him waving the American flag, or greeting American troops with a genuine smile of admiration and appreciation. And even when he made bad decisions as the leader of the free world, I truly believe he thought he was doing what was best for the United States, and the furtherance of liberty through the American System. Sure, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions, but at least Bush thought he was benefiting America. None of these things can be said for the current resident of the White House, nor of any of the people he has surrounded himself with. Instead, the Obama administration shows contempt for American Exceptionalism, and has told us straight out that it is their intention to fundamentally transform America into something else, and reduce the military to a mere shadow of what it once was.
Sometimes, it is difficult to determine if Obama, and his minions, are incompetent, or if the damaging policies of this administration are specifically directed at the destruction of our system. Often, it is easy to believe it is a little of both. People tell me all the time that Barack Obama’s disregard for the limiting principles of the United States Constitution shows that he doesn’t understand the Constitution; I respond that he understands the philosophies of the Constitution perfectly well. His refusal to abide by the Constitution is not a sign of ignorance, but a sign that he hates the Constitution, and the liberty that it stands for.
As Obama works to foundationally change America from within, he also believes he must knock America down a few notches on the world stage, to bring it down to being on-par, or below, the rest of the nations of the world. He has also encouraged that we cease our resistance to the enemies of the United States, and their contempt for our system of freedom. Obama has inspired Putin’s policy of Russian expansionism, North Korea’s saber-rattling, China’s boldness in the South China Sea, the request for the lifting of the American embargo against Cuba, the increase of chaos by socialists and drug cartels south of the border, the atrocities we have seen perpetrated by the Islamic State, and the thrust toward nuclear weapons in the Middle East promoted largely by Iran. And with the leftist-style diplomacy of appeasement in the Iranian deal, Obama, and his leftist co-conspirators in the international realm, are making sure the world is being marched steadily towards a global war that could be more devastating than any conflict we have experienced in history.
Obama’s team was willing to bend-over backwards in order to please Iran
As the Iran deal was being negotiated, the Iranian government kept demanding more and more. They knew they could. They knew that Obama’s team was willing to bend-over backwards in order to please Iran, be it for “flowers in their hair, give peace a chance” reasons, or because Obama’s Muslim upbringing makes him more a child of Islam than of American Liberty. Then, when the deal was finally completed and sealed, it turns out that Iran has not been, necessarily, forbidden to build nuclear weapons. Yeah, they kind of promised they won’t, but they made that promise with their fingers crossed behind their back. The agreement allows Iran to continue to fashion platforms to deliver these weapons they say they won’t build, and they can work with other countries to acquire enhancements for weapons delivery technology they say they won’t use, and just to make sure they are not lying to us Iran can prevent entry to requested facilities by international inspectors for 24 days per request so that they have time to hide any evidence that they are doing what they aren’t supposed to be doing, because they supposedly promised they won’t be doing it.
“Don’t worry, you can trust the Iranians,” the Obama administration seems to be naively (or deceptively) telling us.
Oh, and by the way, with all of this in place, this agreement with Iran also has the result of making Iran not only richer in knowledge and materials regarding nuclear technology that they promise they won’t use as a weapon, but it also will result in Iran being much richer in a financial sense.
In simple English, the Islamic Republic of Iran may build and test and purchase delivery systems and test rockets all they want, as long as they promise not to build nuclear warheads and equip those weapons of war with them, and they can pursue developing nuclear technology just as long as they promise that the technology won’t be used in conjunction with all of the war machines they are allowed to assemble.
The Obama regime says it is silly to think that giving Iran the capability of building rockets, and the capability of pursuing nuclear capabilities, would lead to them putting the two together. How silly of you to think such. Don’t worry, we can trust Iran. It’s not like they are the largest sponsor of Islamic terrorism in the world, or anything.
[sigh]
So, while the Obama administration welcomes the Iranian pursuit of acquiring ballistic missile technology, it has become apparent to those that oppose the leftist statists in Washington, D.C., that this administration has just shortened the timetable of Iran, and other nations they’ll share their knowledge with, of acquiring nuclear weapons. This means that the Iranian deal did not create stability in the world, but has rushed us closer to the reality of a devastating world war.
With the United States now becoming an agent of emboldening Islamic chaos and terror through nuclear war, Israel must stand alone, and I guarantee Israel will not wait until nuclear bombs drop on Tel Aviv, and other Israeli cities, before taking action. Israel has no choice but to perform a first strike, seeking to disrupt Iranian ballistic missile testing, and nuclear warhead construction. Israel was not a signatory to the Iran deal, and may receive scorn from her historic allies, but for the sake of survival, Israel will have no choice in the matter, but to do what Israel must do.
If Iran was to beat Israel to it, and perform a strike first, Israel’s countermeasures are capable of turning Iran into a giant glass parking lot. Israel has its own nuclear arsenal, not only from launch platforms on land, but from aircraft and new Israeli submarines. Iran would face complete destruction, but that is fine with them, because this is not about Iran. It is about Islam, and the Jihad. As Ahmadinejad explained while he still had some semblance of power in Iran, the world must be plunged into utter chaos in order for the 12th Imam to be released. The worldwide caliphate to Ahmadinejad, and the rest of Iran’s leadership, is worth the destruction of Iran, if that is what it takes to bring about Islamic Armageddon, and usher in a global Islamic caliphate.
The leftists in the West recognize Israel’s capabilities to defend herself, so of course they are also, already, calling for the nuclear disarmament of Israel as Iran works to achieve its place among the family of countries capable of launching nuclear weapons.
Israel has historically been careful in allowing the rest of the world to know what they have. The Jewish nation is a presumed nuclear power, but Israel’s official posture remains to be that of nuclear ambiguity. We are sure they are capable, but we really don’t know for sure.
If Israel isn’t a nuclear power, yet, the deal with Iran will definitely encourage the tiny nation to officially become a nuclear power very soon.
Nuclear conflict will result from the Iran Deal negotiated by the Obama administration
Regardless, a nuclear conflict will result from the Iran Deal negotiated by the Obama administration. And if that nuclear showdown does not emerge immediately, the deal also increases the likelihood that there is on the near horizon the chance of a direct conventional war between Israel and Iran. Out of this deal, Iran will emerge wealthier, and there is no doubt that much of those new found riches will be pumped into also increasing the country’s conventional arsenal. As a result, we will see an increase in the deployment of Iranian troops in troubled areas surrounding Israel, in addition to the potentiality of a confrontation between a growing Iranian Navy, and Israel’s fleet.
Israel may not be totally alone in their concerns over a nuclear Iran, not because Israel has suddenly enjoyed an increase to its list of friends, but because Iran has necessitated a longer list of nations that fear Iran. Saudi Arabia has begun to push for its own nuclear development, and has the delivery systems, as well as aircraft, that may deliver nuclear weapons to targets. Egypt, despite the strong influences of the Muslim Brotherhood in the area, and despite their lack of delivery systems, may also be prepared to resist Iran should the nation that was once Persia decide to make some nuclear noise. Egypt has some nuclear know-how because of their own nuclear knowledge that they have been accumulating over the decades as a result of their relationships with other world powers.
As those countries prepare, Pakistan, Russia, and China would also have no qualms about helping the region bulk up in wartime technology, largely because of their need for revenue, and because of their desire to do whatever they can to poke a stick in the eye of Israel, and a few more in the eyes of the United States.
Much of the dealings and agreements that are beginning now in response to this Iranian Agreement, among the nations that are becoming fearful of a nuclear Iran, are happening out of sight, under the radar, with handshakes performed behind closed doors. But, no matter how fast these players can get their own weapons in place, Iran is now ahead of them in the race (save for, perhaps, Israel), and on top of that, Iranian leadership is more concerned about the chaos of terrorism than they are of protecting their own people.
What this all points to is that the United States has brokered a deal with Iran that allows Iran to continue towards achieving nuclear weapons. However, we don’t know when, because the deal also takes away our ability to demand information regarding Iran’s previous military activities, or current drive towards nuclear weapons (or at least not without a 24 day notice). The Obama administration has placed their agenda, and “can’t we just all get along” narrative ahead of reality, which is leading to a continued reduction of American power and influence in the Middle East, and a growing necessity for Israel to assume that when it comes to protecting their existence, they are completely on their own. The Iran Deal also sends a message, emboldening our other enemies, encouraging Russia to continue to poke and prod at the eastern edge of Europe, and telegraphing to Russia that NATO has been neutered, and that the Baltic States, like Israel, have been left high and dry.
War is no longer a question, but it has become an inevitability, with the United States acting as an enabler, and unwilling to do what it takes to protect the world from the sinister characters that lurk in the dark corners and seek to enslave the globe with their tyranny.
Meanwhile, as the U.S. abandons the free world, and places the international community on a path towards war, the Obama administration is also continuing its work to reduce the size of the United States Military, seeking to reduce our military might down to a size that will likely be incapable of even acting as a defensive force against the aggression that may desire to take advantage of our current weakened position. And if we are reducing our military to the point that we can’t even properly defend ourselves, it will be unlikely that we will be willing, or capable, of coming to any or our allies’ aid should they be faced with a military move against them by Iran, China, Russia, or any other country willing to take advantage of a scenario that is absent of the shining beacon of freedom on the hill.
By the way, the agreement with Iran did not
include the release of Americans being held as
prisoners by Iran; and, shortly after the arrival at
an agreement a series of shootings erupted in
Chattanooga, Tennessee, by a Muslim. Is this a
sign that jihadism is being emboldened right here in
the United States by the Obama administration’s
dealings with Iran, and the President’s anti-Israel
positions?
